You go for 5 years. You start in "year 7" at 11 years of age then go right through to "year 11" at 16 years of age when you leave ;)

Its called secondary school in the uk and after you finish primary school at the age of 11 you go there for 5 years. Year 7 age 11-12 Year 8 age 12-13 Year 9 age 13-14 Year 10 age 14-15 and Year 11 age 15-16 Hope this helps
