Any financial advice for an American wanting to go to drama school in the UK

Any financial advice for an American wanting to go to drama school in the UK?
I've just graduated from high-school, and I plan on going to a local university as a theatre major for now to gain some experience. I would prefer to go to a vocational drama school though. I'm working and saving money, but I make barely above minimum wage and my living expenses limit my savings so I'm largely dependent on funding and scholarships. I've done a good bit of research, but I'm just trying to cover all of my bases. If you have any knowledge on the subject I'd love to hear from you.

Sorry to say but there are very few, if any, international scholarships out there for vocational training. International education is a luxury, not a right, so it is the responsibility of the student and his/her family to finance the majority of the costs of obtaining an education overseas. If you do not have the money saved then you need to weigh your options and look into good schools in the US. You could always pursue an internship in the UK during your schooling or see if there are any shorter term study-abroad opportunities through your drama school.

When i was in high school it ended at 3:20 pm, the high school my cousins go to i know that they end at 3:45pm , 4:00pm time. I'm in college at the moment, so my time for when i finish always varies :)

Depends on the school but my school which is called Orangefeild High ends at 3:10pm everyday except on Wednesday we get out a 2:05pm.

It ends at 3.15 down my end.

Mine finishes at 3:30

It used to finish between 3.30 and 4.00. These days teachers are so lazy and eager to get home they have brought it forward to 3.15.

I really like Acting But am Not very good at singing. I pick up dancing well and I am starting ballet.I really want a drama school which does'nt focus on singing but acting. Can anyone help??

I am currently auditioning for drama schools in London. My top picks are: RADA. Central School of Speech and Drama. (I'm in the final recall here!) Mountview Academy. Guildhall. Goldsmith's University.

There are a number of good drama schools in the UK (not just in London). Some may suit you more than others. Have linked you to the National Council for Drama Training website.
