I think it should, it will let people know of safe ways to have gay sex weather it being male with a male or female with female. Who here cant honestly say they have had unsafe or uncomfortable sex due to lack of information with their 1st gay experience. And who cant say they haven't tried to find out about it from the internet when they were younger?, I personally think there is better medians than the internet for gay sex advice, in the class room, what are your views? ( sensible answers please!!)

i don't think they can go into too much detail... they do teach sex education....

since the US won the revolutionary war, i will answer on behalf of the US. gay sex should be taught, but only at the higher grades of high school. @gummy bear: it was a joke. maybe not a hugely funny one, but a joke since the US was excluded from the question. get it?

Sorry not from the UK here, but I guess it's an interesting point. Sex is sex, no matter who you do it with, and there are always ways to be safer about it. I don't know about the UK, but the problem here is that it would never get accepted. Seriously, if they don't allow marriage, they wouldn't even consider sex education. EDIT: Mr. Gaydar: who the hell cares about the revolutionary war??

No, I don't think so. You can have perfectly fine safe gay sex with the ways you were taught in school: Use a condom.

I don't think it's necessary to go in-depth on it, since gays are a minority. They can incorporate it into teaching about straight sex. "Boys group: If you like girls, wear a condom. If you like each other...oh baby! ...Use a condom and lord, some lube." I, for one, knew enough about gay sex to take 400 anal virginities at the time of my son's birth (brb, still crying about wasted life). There are some people out there who don't NEED sex ed, everything you could possibly hope for is on the internet.
